Purging

Purging I think is so disgusting - i hate doing it. And i only do it when i get really depressed about my weight and desperate to lose weight.

Tonight my friend Anna who is leaving the country to go travelling begged me to go to dinner with her... so i did. And where did we go, none other than PIZZA EXPRESS!! AHHhhhh

So had 2 slices of pizza and some salad (dont even wanna know the calories) then just sat there thinking I have to get rid of it... whatever the cost. so quickly said i was going to the loo.. and purged!
In a public toliet.. I happened to be in the middle loo too. i dont know if anyone heard me and I didnt care.

I instantly felt disgusting!! I felt ashamed cos i had done it.. and sick cos i had done it in the public area... and like a failed human being... i hadnt thought of anything else but getting the food outta me!

I now have the sorest throat, its burning and painful and a massive headache too!

i got home - got off the bus one stop earlier and ran home in the rain then did 30 mins of jumping jacks, sit ups and skipping rope to try make me feel better

and guess what ... I DONT!
I FEEL DISGUSTING!!!!
